[Preliminary] Reports from the Wehrmacht commander in Riga dated from Jan to May 1943 containing information about combatting partisans; statistics on partisan casualties; and sabotage to industry, railroads and business. Also included is a 21 Dec 1942 memorandum by the Wehrmacht commander describing what was known about Russian prisoners of war. The memo also includes information on the Jewish question in the Soviet Union, POW camps, and the influence of propaganda in the Soviet Union.
